Darwisy New Hair Cut

Setelah beberapa minggu terpaksa posponed our plan nk gunting rambut Darwisy.. akhirnya petang Ahad lepas kami berjaya jugak bawak Darwisy ke sebuah kedai matcha gunting rambut.

Lebih kurang 15minit jer.. abis semua rambut Darwisy dikorbankan.. panjang jugak laa rambut dia.. i sajer jer xnak bawak Darwisy ke salon sbb mcm2 aroma hair product kat sana. Kat kedai matcha ni quite ok laa.. service ok.. bau natural jer.. yg penting murah jer.. charge gunting rambut Darwisy yg panjang tu cuma RM3.00.

Main Kolam Air

Darwisy sangat laa suker main air.. so last Sunday morning, bila de cousin2 (Maya n Merah) ajak main kolam air.. sangat laa excited si budak kecik ni.. I laa kena guard them all sbb takut tergelincir ker aper.. bukan leh harap budak2 ni.. haihhh..

Selipar baru

Darwisy kena pakai selipar sbb tertinggal kasut Nike kat umah mak I. Sangat laa susah nk pakaikan selipar kat budak kecik ni. Maybe sbb Darwisy rasa janggal kot.. asyik tertanggal jer memanjang.. last2 Abi yg kena dukung sbb xnak Darwisy jalan berkaki ayam.

Happy B'day to Muqri

My husband's cousin, Ichik and wife - Annie, celebrated their son's, Muqri 1st year Birthday on last Saturday. He just a few months younger than Darwisy. We went to Ichik's mother in law house in Kulim and it was quite a big celebration. Maybe 1 day Darwisy might get the same kind of celebration too, but wait until you big enough to enjoy and remember that...k!

MENIPU..?

Pernah x anda berada di tengah2 situasi cubaan MENIPU dilakukan..? Di mana anda tahu perkara yg bakal akan berlaku, niat yg ingin melakukannya, kesan jika ianya berlaku (terhadap org yg melakukan dan juga terhadap org persekelilingan).

Adakah anda akan diam pura2 xtahu..? Menegur orang yg cuba bertindak sedemikian..? Melaporkan kepada pihak yg berkenaan..? Tidak ambil peduli sama sekali.. sebab tidak berkaitan dgn anda..? Atau Berasa gembira dan menyokong kerana orang tersebut adalah sahabat paling dekat anda.

Hakikatnya anda perlu menegur orang yg cuba berbuat demikian supaya dia tahu ada orang lain yg menyedari niat buruknya itu. Tidak perlu memalukannya.. cuma sedikit nasihat atau peringatan tentang ada cara yang lebih baik untuk diambil selain daripada MENIPU. Sekiranya masih lagi berdegil haruslah dilaporkan kepada pihak berkenaan supaya langkah selanjutnya akan diambil.

Dengan berbuat demikian, Anda tidak perlu rasa Bersalah atau ragu2 kerana ia merupakan salah satu tanggungjawab sosial terhadap masyarakat dan juga diri Anda sendiri. Anda berada di pihak yang Benar dan perlu membetulkan keadaan supaya tidak menyusahkan di kemudian hari. Jadi lah orang yg JUJUR dan berada di golongan orang yang BIJAK.

Tidak perlu mencuba untuk MENIPU bagi mendapatkan keuntungan yg sedikit dan bersifat sementara sahaja. Tidak perlu juga untuk menegakkan Benang yang Basah kerana orang yang berbuat demikian sebenarnya cuba menipu diri sendiri. Fikir laa akan kesan daripada perbuatan MENIPU yang bakal menjadi ingatan sepanjang masa.

Project Mgmt Workshop

I attended 2 days training session for Project Management Workshop which was held in house at Mahogany Room. Conducted by Global Advantage Consulting Sdn. Bhd. and presented/trained by Mr. Mani. Good knowledge gained, really appreciated not wasting my time.

Based on our excellent hearing, all of us (consists of 20 people) got it rite in searching for people having the same sounds of objects. So from the result we combined and formed a team named 'FastNet'. Our new team members (consists of 5) were me, Suria, Mages, Kak Yasmin and Abg Jalim. There were another 3 team members (our competitors), Bravissimo, Sagile & Golden Ring (all 3 managers were in this team).

To make it fun, the trainer gave us speciments money worth RM5, RM10 or RM50 for any correct answers, creative ideas, good questions and etc. The higher amount of money collected by each team will determine the total winner at the end of our 2 days training session.

I learned few project mgmt terms which I found useful to apply in my project plan such as PMBOK, SMART, PERT, WBS and etc. Some factors that we should focus are the driver for each project, scope of project, few types of scheduling techniques, resources planning, communication management, monitoring and controlling activities.

There were also some fun activities prepared just to wake us up from screen saver mode. He gave us IQ test which was really interesting and cute, but I didn't hit them rite, in fact almost all in the team didn't get them rite.

But we really excited with the final activities to solve a case of a mother with 2 daughters, a father with 2 sons and a police with a thief, all together need to find a way to cross a river full with crocodilles using a boat which only can bring 2people at a time. Quite challenging, but using our 9heads (combined with Bravissimo team members) to find ideas/solutions was not that hard.

We managed to solved the case 1st, and finally 'FastNet' was the total winning team.. yeay..!! The best parts is we were only RM1 leading against the Golden Ring team, how lucky we were. So don't take it easy with money tho it just worth RM1.. hehehe

Benjol

2 hari I kena keluar awal ke office because I changed my shift to normal time to attend my training. So, before 8.00am dah kena siap and gerak keluar, by dat time Darwisy belum bangun tido lagi. I really dun have time to play with Darwisy tho just for a lil' while.

Balik dari kerja, the 1st thing in mind of course laa nk tau mcmana keadaan Darwisy kat umah kan. Rasa mcm dah lama berpisah lak.. rindunyaa (padahal baru tukar schedule ckit jer from my routine)... Ada kaa Mother yg keluar ke kerja, bila balik ke rumah xnak tgk anak dulu..? I think org yg x berperasaan jer yg acting like that. Apa yg I rasa ni, is just as a Normal Mother yg kasih sayangnya x berbelah bahagi terhadap anak.

Darwisy pun bukan main buat2 manja and nakal laa bila nampak Abi and Umi balik dari kerja at about a same time. Mcm2 Darwisy buat bagi kitorang gelak tgk aksi dia, unfortunately entah mcmana dia tersadung karpet, then kepala terhantuk betul2 dekat sudut dinding. I mmg cuak at that time and rasa gelisah sgt bila Darwisy nangis x henti. Bila dahi Darwisy dah mula membenjol, I lagi jadi x keruan. Rasa mcm bersalah pulak sbb asyik biar Darwisy main lompat2. huhuhuu

Nasib baik la, x serious sgt.. lepas sapu Vicks and demah ckit kesan benjol tu pun surut dah, tinggal lebam jer kat dahi Darwisy. Next time kena be Xtra careful..!!
